At The Salon Direct, we are committed to offering the best prices on our premium salon and medical aesthetic equipment. If you find an identical product available for a lower price from an authorized online retailer, we will match that price—and for products over $2,000, we’ll beat it by $50.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, email support@thesalondirect.com with:

• The competitor’s website URL where the lower price is listed
• A screenshot of the product page, including the price, retailer name, and stock availability
• A valid written quote or invoice from the competitor (if applicable)

Price match requests must be submitted within 48 hours of your purchase.
